Professor Oak's Laboratory (オーキド博士ポケモン研究場; Dr. Okido Pokémon Laboratory) is located on the outskirts of Pallet Town.
Overview[]
Professor Oak's Laboratory serves as Professor Oak's residence and place of research. Upon Red's first visit to the lab, he finds it a mess of research and Poké Balls. Mistaking Red as a thief, Professor Oak startles Red and causes the boy to accidentally release a large number of the professor's lab Pokémon.
Later on, Red returns to the laboratory, only to find an impostor posing as Professor Oak. A battle ensues, revealing the impostor to be Sabrina's Kadabra. The laboratory is reduced to rubble in the battle.
