Pallet Town (マサラタウン; Masara Town) is a town in southern Kanto.
Overview[]
Pallet Town is the first town to appear in the manga, and is the home of protagonists Red, Green, and Blue. It is also the site of Professor Oak's main laboratory. Green describes the location as untainted, and the reason why Professor Oak built his laboratory in the town.
After Red's continuous interference in Team Rocket's plans, the organization takes the townspeople hostage, as well as setting up an impostor Professor Oak.
